Accommodation

There is plenty of accommodation in Jamestown and surrounds.
If you want hard accommodation or a van site, book early, ie ASAP.

Friday 3pm – Check-in out front of caravan park, later at the camp kitchen.
This will be on Ayr St.  Park entrance is corner of Bute & Ayr Streets.
Please park vehicles outside the park unless you are staying there.

Friday night from around 6pm – BBQ at caravan park camp kitchen.
Check-in there if necessary.
If you have camp chairs, bring them.  We won’t all fit inside.
We hope to have a coffee van there.  You should have tickets for the BBQs.  Present them to the servers to get a meal.  Otherwise pay cash for it at the time.  ($20 Fri night, $10 Sat morning.)

Saturday morning 8am – Egg & Bacon breakfast at caravan park camp kitchen.
Check-in there if necessary.

Saturday 10am – Ride to somewhere for lunch.  Leaves outside the caravan park, on Ayr St.  (Please don’t enter the park.)

Saturday evening 6.00pm – Meal at Jamestown Football Club rooms.
The bar will be open from 5pm.

We will be collecting our meals (3 separate courses) from a servery.  Have your tickets ready to present.

Sunday – Do your own thing. We may organise a pub tea.
There are a couple of places (Ampol servo, Klingers servo) that serve cooked breakfasts.  Two pubs serve lunch and dinner.
There will be a guided walk starting at 11am going to the museum ($5 entrance fee).

For those not going on the ride Saturday, the Jamestown op-shop is supposedly pretty good.
